Welcome to All Aspects Health and Social Care. I am Natalie and I will guide you through the recruitment process and assist you to starting out on a new career in care. 

How it works

  • 1. Contact us.

    Express your interest by contacting us online or phoning 01772 369701.

  • 2. Arrange an interview.

    You will be invited in for an interview so that we can get to know you better and you can meet the staff.

  • 3. Provide all requested paperwork

    You will be asked to provide information on previous addresses, work history and any qualifications.

  • 4. Complete induction.

    You will have training with a registered nurse, be shown how to use the equipment. You wll be provided with a unifrom and an identification badge. This will also be your opportunity to ask questions about anything that is bothering you.

  • 5. Shadow experienced carer in the community.

    Working with an experienced staff member you will learn the basics of working in an individuals home.
